JD Small

Joseph (JD) Small is a graduate of the  University of Florida (1996), St. Thomas University College of Law (2001). Florida Bar member since 2002.

  • Mr. Small is an Associate in the Law Firm of Small and Small.

  • Mr. Small has served as a Deputy Sheriff for St. Lucie County, Florida. He is still active as a Sheriff's Reserve Deputy.

  • Mr. Small has served as an Assistant State Attorney (Felony Prosecutor). for the State Attorney 15th Judicial District for Palm Beach County, Florida.

  • Mr. Small also currently serves an an appointed counsel for the Palm Beach County Ethics Commission.

  • Mr. Small practices in the areas of Business, Construction and Real Property Related Litigation and Transactional Law and represent clients in pursuing civil remedies for criminal violations such as financial exploitation, fraud, RICO, conversion and civil theft.
